Cancellation Policy

All deposits go towards scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of appointment time will result in a forfeited deposit. I allow a grace period of 10 minutes to be late. ALL appointments will be canceled after 10 minutes and your deposit is forfeited. If you fail to cancel/reschedule within the 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your service.
